About the Opportunity
Evergreen Talent Group is partnering with a leading European data centre contractor to appoint an experienced Regional EHS Manager to support multiple large-scale projects across Europe.

This is a senior regional role responsible for driving consistent Environmental, Health & Safety standards across a portfolio of mission-critical developments, ensuring compliance with company systems, statutory requirements and project-specific EHS plans.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional EHS Manager

• Lead EHS compliance across multiple European data centre projects.

• Ensure adherence to company Safety Management Systems and applicable legislation.

• Oversee RAMS, Safe Systems of Work and Permit-to-Work procedures.

• Conduct site audits, inspections and corrective-action reviews.

• Monitor subcontractor compliance with project and company EHS standards.

• Support incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and close-out.

• Promote a proactive safety culture across project teams and leadership.

• Maintain statutory records, Safety File documentation and EHS reporting systems.

• Support toolbox talks, training initiatives and safety-awareness programmes.

• Monitor environmental controls, waste management and sustainability requirements.

Experience & Requirements of the Regional EHS Manager

• Relevant third-level EHS qualification or NEBOSH essential.

• Minimum 7 years' EHS experience on large-scale construction projects.

• Previous data centre or mission-critical construction experience highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of European EHS legislation and industry best practice.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, project teams and subcontractors.

• Strong reporting, communication and IT skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and travelling regularly across Europe.
