About the Opportunity
Evergreen Talent Group is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contractor to appoint an experienced Project Lead for a major hyperscale data centre project in Dublin.

This is a senior project delivery role with responsibility for coordinating key workstreams across construction, engineering, commercial, planning, quality and commissioning, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required technical and commercial standards.

Key Tasks of the Project Lead

• Chair and coordinate project progress meetings.

• Review short-term and master programme performance with the planning team.

• Track critical activities, design deliverables, procurement and construction progress.

• Coordinate interfaces between CSA, Mechanical and Electrical packages.

• Monitor subcontractor performance against programme and quality requirements.

• Review RFIs, technical submissions, design changes and project constraints.

• Support commercial teams with change control, variations and project forecasting.

• Monitor quality documentation, inspections, punch lists and close-out activities.

• Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure systems are progressively completed and handed over.

• Escalate key project risks and develop mitigation or recovery actions.

• Prepare progress reports for client and senior management review.

• Support project handover, completion and final close-out.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Lead

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of a major data centre project or designated project area.

• Coordinate construction, engineering, commercial, planning, quality and commissioning teams.

• Drive programme performance and ensure key milestones are achieved.

• Maintain strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.

• Monitor project risks, constraints and interfaces, ensuring timely resolution.

• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, specification and quality requirements.

• Support commercial performance, change management and cost control.

• Promote strong EHS, quality and delivery standards across the project.

• Provide clear reporting to senior project and business leadership.

Experience & Requirements of the Project Lead

• Relevant degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.

• Strong experience delivering large-scale construction or engineering projects.

• Previous Data Centre / Mission Critical project experience highly desirable.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.

• Strong understanding of M&E, CSA, planning, commercial and commissioning interfaces.

• Experience managing subcontractors and major work packages.

• Strong programme, risk and stakeholder-management skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership and reporting ability.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technically complex project environment.
